He specializes in DevSecOps, cloud architecture, data engineering, and Agile product delivery, with a strong track record of leading large-scale modernization efforts. Maysam has supported mission-critical initiatives involving high-volume data systems, identity services, and cross-agency integrations—consistently driving measurable improvements in performance, scalability, and delivery outcomes. He is known for aligning business and technology stakeholders, establishing outcome-driven delivery models, and leading teams through complex transformations with clarity and precision. 

Outside of his professional work, Maysam is passionate about the water and long-term adventure planning. He is an avid boating enthusiast with a personal goal of completing a sailing journey from Washington, DC to Miami aboard a catamaran—combining his appreciation for strategy, navigation, and exploration. He is also deeply passionate about soccer and a devoted follower of the FIFA World Cup, having attended three World Cups and looking forward to many more. In addition, Maysam enjoys staying active through pickleball and paddle sports, bringing the same competitive energy and discipline from the court into his professional leadership.
