During execution, we work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to refine backlogs, define measurable success criteria, and maintain continuous alignment with mission objectives. We also facilitate coordination across policy, operations, and IT stakeholders to ensure that requirements, design decisions, and releases are fully integrated and mission-ready.

This approach has enabled the Verification Division to improve prioritization transparency, reduce rework through better upfront discovery, and deliver capabilities with greater clarity, alignment, and predictability—while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving policy and operational needs.
